Nestled amidst lush green meadows and an impressive mountain backdrop, our b&b apartments Monika is conveniently located in the heart of the woods. It is the ideal place for adventurous excursions with your little ones. Discover the world of mountain animals together: squirrels, deer and many more! For all children who don't like to spend time in the woods, our large garden is a fun alternative. While the adults enjoy a robust glass of wine in the garden and the wonderful view over the Ortler Cevedale mountain massif, the kids can let off steam in our playground with swing, slide and trampoline.
In winter, children will find friendly companions in the local ski schools and learn to ski in a playful manner. Horse-loving kids will love the Morigglhof riding stables, just 1.5 km from our b&b apartments Monika.

Ski School Belpiano
The popular children’s fun park Schoeni's Kinderland is situated at the mountain station of the Belpiano cable car. Trained and experienced nannies are on hand to help take care of your children. Active and curious younger guests will be entertained with great toys and an interactive learning program based around skiing. Looked after by the experienced instructors and supervisors of the Resia Ski School, children can learn to ski easily and playfully. Since 2003, the Resia Ski School has been awarded with a Gold Seal by South Tyrolean children’s ski schools and is particularly appreciated by parents.
Ski- & Adventure Mountain Watles
From summer tobogganing to rafting, over bouldering to archery - Watles is a fantastic playground for children, especially from spring to autumn! Don't miss the sunny terrace of the mountain restaurant, which offers an impressive view over the Ortler Cevedale mountain massif and the landscape of the Upper Venosta Valley. While savouring the natural beauty of the Venosta Valley you can keep an eye on your children, who will have lots of fun experiencing the many attractions on the “Spielesee” adventure lake.
Boat trip on the Lake Resia with the MS Hubertus boat
Children love to discover the Resia Lake plateau by boat! Captain Elias often leaves the helm to the young sailors. It is one of the most charming ways to experience the historical tales of the surrounding villages of Curon, Resia and Arlundo, submerged by the lake. An unforgettable adventure!
Tobogganing fun for the whole family
Lots of winter fun awaits you near San Valentino alla Muta! The natural tobogganing run at the Adventure Mountain Watles leads over 4 miles through the larch forest of Watles. Considered as one of the most beautiful toboggan runs in the entire Alpine region, it is the ideal area for some relaxed rides. The second toboggan run is in Piavenna, where you will experience thrilling winter adventures with your entire family!

Ice skating on Lake San Valentino alla Muta
Already in late autumn, Lake San Valentino alla Muta freezes. Surrounded by a magical winter panorama, the lake forms a 40-centimetre layer of ice on which skaters demonstrate their best artistic skills. As soon as the first snow falls, the preparation of the ice rings on the lake begins, to preserve this wonderful natural spectacle as long as possible.
